CURSO PRESENCIAL

This is an invitation to embody the role we are meant to play in the collective good, where every seed planted - whether in the soil or in an idea - has the power to regenerate landscapes, economies, and lives.
What will we learn in this Course?
In Ericeira, we will not only cultivate medicinal forests but also explore regenerative and syntrophic business models. Understanding the seven steps to making a positive impact through our work will guide us in designing enterprises that align with the health of the land. We will discuss business plans and project presentations, integrating ecological and financial sustainability into our vision.

Main activities involved:
• Principles of Syntropic Agriculture – Understanding natural regeneration and forest life cycles.
• Living the Medicinal SAFS – Practical experience in planting and harvesting medicinal plants with therapeutic benefits.
• Introduction to Syntropic Herbalism – Exploring herbalism, lunar cycles, and plant applications for health.
• Processing Herbal Products – Crafting essential oils, teas, tinctures, and biocosmetics for wellness.
• Enhancing Soil and Garden Life – Techniques for soil preparation, bioremediation, and tool usage.

Learn a little more about the space...
Zee Barn is an ecological sanctuary in Portugal, created to promote a simple life in harmony with nature. Our space offers transformative experiences, such as retreats that awaken joy and connection through acroyoga, dance, sound baths, and mindful body practices. Our nutrition is based on macrobiotics, using organic and seasonal ingredients, many of which are grown in our own garden. The accommodations are designed to provide comfort in simplicity, encouraging reconnection with the present moment and the natural environment.
We value building a community based on trust, mutual support, and collective growth. By cultivating authentic relationships and offering meaningful experiences, we believe we are contributing to a more harmonious and sustainable world. We invite you to join us on this journey of personal and collective transformation, where together we can recreate the Garden of Eden and live in balance with the Earth.
