What will we learn in this Course?
At the "From Soil to Soul" agroforestry retreat in Ibiza, we dive into the intersection of Syntropic Agroforestry and medicinal plants, unraveling the ways in which ecosystems regenerate both themselves and the humans who are part of them. Through practice and sensory experience, we will rediscover ancestral botanical knowledge, learn to cultivate medicinal forests, and transform the soil into a fertile, vibrant, and sacred body.

Tierra Iris began with the purpose of regenerating soil — and it has remained the heart of what we do. We truly believe that in healing the land, we will gain inexplicable teachings of life, as the soil heals us in return. Syntropic farming is the method of agroforestry we are practicing on our land — focusing on the natural ways of Nature and letting her powers truly shine through instead of controlling it.
Located on the mystical island of Ibiza, on an 18 hectares field of green, Tierra Iris is host to a forest, a syntropic food garden, an aromatic herb garden, a natural amphitheater in an earth crater, a Spanish finca, our community and many lovely rescue animals. It is here we planted the first roots of our project, it is here we learn to grow, create and share collectively. We’ve transformed spaces into experimental homes — but always honouring our 8 principles and those of Nature.
Who will be your Mentor?
My name is Nathália Muguet and I will be the facilitator of our meeting.
I'm an agroforestry producer, ethnobotanist, agronomist, herbalist with more than 15 years of experience in Syntropic Agriculture and a follower of the teachings of Ernst Götsch. I provide studies and practices in the world of Agroforestry Systems with a focus on Aromatic and Medicinal Plants. I'm guardian of Sítio Semente in Bahia and Brasília-DF, one of the largest Regenerative Syntropic Agriculture schools in Brazil.
I carry out my work in Brazil, as well as in India, Mozambique, Malawi, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Costa Rica. Tea sommelier specializing in medicinal plants, ayurveda, aromatherapist and floral therapist are other of my specialties. Since 2010, I have worked with biocosmetics in the sustainable production of the production chain aligned with the knowledge of traditional communities in different parts of the world.

Who are these courses for?The courses are aimed at anyone interested in agroforestry, herbalism, ancient distilling and regenerative practices. Farmers, therapists, entrepreneurs, students and the curious are welcome, regardless of experience level.

Do I need to have previous experience in agroforestry or herbalism?No! The courses are designed to cater to beginners as well as experienced individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge.

Where will the courses take place?The courses will be held in different locations throughout Europe. You can browse above and check them out.

How long is each course?Each course has a different duration, and can be intensive over 3 to 4 days, depending on the location and the content covered.

What is included in the registration?Registration includes participation in all classes, support materials and a certificate of completion. In some locations, meals and accommodation are available, which may have an additional cost.
