CURSO PRESENCIAL

A medicinal forest is a living apothecary, where each species contributes to the whole. In the Swiss Alps, we will delve into the connection between soil and human health, tracing the energetic cycles that link us to the rhythms of the land. This course offers an introduction to ancestral herbalism, lunar energy, and their influence on plant medicine.
What will we learn in this Course?
In the Swiss Alps, between towering peaks and silent valleys, this immersive workshop aims to provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to establish medicinal forest gardens in your daily life. You will learn how to grow herbs, shrubs, and trees to care for your family and community, nourish yourself, season your dishes with aromatics, and fill your shelves with dried plants, jars, and elixirs.

Main activities involved:
• Fundamentals of Regenerative Agriculture and Syntropic Agroforestry – Understanding the core principles of regenerative farming and its application to medicinal plant cultivation.
• Soil Preparation and Garden Design – Learning how to prepare soil, plan, and design a forest garden focused on medicinal plants.
• Medicinal Plants in Ecosystem Regeneration – Exploring the essential role of medicinal plants in soil health and their contribution to ecosystem regeneration.
• Theory and Practice of Creating a Medicinal Garden – Balancing theory with hands-on practice as we create a medicinal plant garden from scratch.
• The Importance of Medicinal Plants – Reflecting on the necessity of planting medicinal plants and rethinking our relationship with them.
• Maintaining a Medicinal Forest Garden – Practical techniques for sowing, planting, and maintaining a forest garden dedicated to healing plants.
